• Providing guidance into apprenticeships or job opportunities
• Linking with local employers where possible
Our goal is to help every young person take their next step into employment or
training.

This programme is ideal for young people who:
• Prefer practical learning over classroom-based learning
• Are looking to build practical hard and soft skills while on the job
• Are interested in construction, sports environments, or media

At London Rangers FC and New Level Academy, we believe young people learn best when they are given real opportunities and responsibilities, and are supported by caring staff. We use sport, community projects, and practical work to help young people succeed.
