Supported Housing Application
London Rangers Youth & Community will soon commence operating its first supported accommodation home, with 3 bed spaces in the London Borough of Brent. This supported accommodation is aimed at single males aged between 18-26 years.
Our long term goal for homelessness in our area is to ensure that all young people aged 18-26 have a safe secure place to sleep every night. We will provide free vocational training, volunteering, and mentoring so that they are work ready.
The accomdation we provide will be a community house where residents will receive and engage in a support plan that will prepare them for more independent living. As part of our support package, we will work with the residents to improve relationship building skills, provide life skills training, teach budgeting skills, and provide support to improve their mental health. We will also assist them in acquiring the skills required for entering or re-entering employment.
To apply for our housing scheme yourself, or to refer somebody you know, please submit the enquiry form below and a member of our team will get back to you shortly.
